What are Online Surveys all About?

As you know most of the bigger companies spend millions on market research in order to provide the public with the products they want in the way in which they want them. Because this marketing information is so vital to the companies success it is necessary for them to pay the public for product feedback. This feedback is done in many ways, with one of the most common methods being paid online surveys.

Online surveys simply involves typing information about yourself and sharing your knowledge and opinion about a particular topic or product. There are many online survey programs that will take you step-by-step through the process of signing up and filling out the online surveys. It’s hard to relate unless you have done it yourself but many survey entreprenaurs are making thousands of dollars a month filling out surveys.   For example if you complete 6 surveys a day at $12 each (average payment for reputable survey) that works out to about $2,200 a month for about 1-3 hours of work per day.

Survey Scams

I would love to sit here and to be able to brag that I’ve never been a victim of any of the online survey scams, however, that wouldn’t be the truth. Unfortunately, in my persuit of the perfect work at home opportunity I’ve fallen foul to my fair share (not just survey scam, but many other work at home scams). Are there any legitimate online survey companies?

The ironic thing is, there IS a lot of money being paid out for taking online surveys, as companies require this surveyed data, but as with many opportunities they don’t find you, rather you have to source the right company to be able to get a piece of this pie. Even in university I knew there had to be at least a couple of legitimate online survey programs out there even if 90%-99% were scams.
